“I'm beyond impressed with Ross and his team!”

From the very first conversation, Ross listened closely to what we wanted and never tried to push us in a direction that didn't make sense. He knows the Portland market inside out, negotiated hard on our behalf, and made what could have been a stressful process feel surprisingly easy. We closed on time, on budget, and could not have asked for a better experience.

“They sold our home in record time.”

We met with two other teams before Own It Northwest. The marketing plan they presented was on a different level — professional photos, drone footage, a 3D walkthrough, and a list-to-MLS strategy that made all the difference. Multiple offers in 4 days, and we closed above list price.

“First-time buyers in a tough market — they made it doable.”

We didn't know what we didn't know. The team walked us through every inspection contingency, every counter-offer, every dollar at stake. We ended up under list price on a home we still can't believe we got.

“Investor-friendly and straight to the point.”

I've bought 12 properties through the team over the last 6 years. Numbers-first, no fluff, and they always send me deals before they hit the MLS. Worth their weight in gold.

“Smooth, communicative, and patient.”

We took 14 months to find the right place. The team never once pressured us into a home that didn't fit. When we finally found it, they got us in and closed within 22 days.

“Best real estate experience we've had.”

Third time using Own It Northwest — first as buyers, then sellers, then buyers again. Same level of care every time. We recommend them to everyone we know.
